What working with us is like
We're Clarity Mortgages & Protection, an independent, fee-free mortgage and protection broker based in Altrincham. We work with people across Trafford, Hale, Cheshire and the wider North West, and because most of what we do happens by phone and video, where you are matters far less than it used to.
Most people come to us at one of a handful of moments: buying a first home, moving, coming to the end of a fixed rate, wanting to borrow a bit more, or realising the protection set up alongside an old mortgage no longer fits the life they have now. We search the whole market rather than one lender's range, and you deal with the same qualified adviser from the first conversation to completion — no call centres, no being handed on.
We don't charge a fee for our advice. We're paid by the lender once a mortgage completes, which is why the first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. It usually takes twenty minutes or so, and it's as useful if the answer turns out to be "stay where you are" as it is if we end up arranging something for you.
